Read my interview with poet and indie publisher Steve Pottinger HERE. It's a great read, I promise!
People reading this blog regularly (if there's any?) know that one of my current musical obsessions is the unique cellist Jo Quail.
She has just released a bewitching new video, Adder Stone. This is what the soundtrack to my forthcoming novel The Book of Thoth would sound like, and it gives me goose bumps.
Jo is launching her new album, Caldera, with a very special evening at The Islington (in... Islington!) on June 28th. I will be there...
I am now back to civilisation after 10 days in the middle of nowhere (the Cantal region in France).
Of course, I am coming back to a pile of stuff to do, and I can already tell you that there are loads of exciting things coming up...
But before the hard work and fun start, I need to purchase a new computer, and it is no easy task on a very restricted budget (plus I am technologically challenged)!
It's good to be back into the swing of things, even though I loved the wonderful nature, silence and total absence of any computer-related technology!
I think therefore I write.
